Earlier today, like four hours ago maybe, I was just browsing on my computer when I got really feed up with my laptop, just the noises my house was making me have a headache, all that electronic stuff. I just had to get away from it. I took my jacket and walked outside, feeling a bit better.
I walked until I reached a small forest-like park and sat on the ground for maybe an hour, leaning against a tree, recollecting my thoughts and just breathing. It did me a lot of good, and I felt a bit more at peace just sitting there surrounded by trees. I think I might do this every day, just so that I keep headaches away and can calm myself.
I live right in the middle of a wildlife sanctuary so this is something I do all the time. It’s incredibly relaxing and just nice.
